India is a country with a bewildering mix of languages,
communities and cultures. Gayo endeavours to provide the client with
inputs on how to overcome these complexities so that his business
can be conducted in a manner which integrates it with the legal, political
and cultural environment.
Several clients in India have assigned Gayo tasks in U.S.A. and in
other countries. Gayo has successfully carried out these assignments
through their associates based in these countries.
Dilip Heblé: Background
With an educational background in Criminal and International (Public
and Private) Law, he joined the elite Indian Police Service in 1979.
Allotted the Maharashtra cadre, he served in sensitive postings where
he proved his mettle in handling criminal investigations, communal
disturbances and industrial strife. He was appointed as a critical
member of a team of elite officers to supervise the personal security
arrangements of several Heads of State during the Commonwealth Heads
of Government Retreat in Goa, India, in 1983.
He resigned from the Indian Police Service in 1985 to pursue wider
professional and personal interests. Given the esteem and affection
his former colleagues in the Indian Police and Government had for
him, and the professional expertise that he had developed, Dilip
naturally slipped in a role of being an informal counsel to several
people and organisations. It was thus a matter of time before he
began to offer his professional services in an organised manner.
