Pricing - Terms and Conditions

Each assignment is different with a fresh set of challenges. Pricing is structured on the basis of a detailed understanding of the client's requirements. Suffice it to say that Gayo's pricing policy has always been reasonable and cost-effective. In fact, in many situations, the clients have been pleased to learn that it successfully carried out assignments at fees that were a fraction of what others had quoted!

In general however, Gayo observes these terms & conditions:

1. Professional Fees: Of the total fee quoted, 50% has to be paid in advance. Another 25% is required to be paid at a point of time determined by the achievement of certain milestones. Where the case is so sensitive that no quantifiable milestones can be calibrated, a timeframe for the payment will be established. The final 25% is to be paid on the submission of the relevant Report.
   
   
2. Experts’ Fees: During the course of an assignment, it may be necessary to hire the services of professionals / consultants for specialised tasks. The client needs to reimburse these fees on an "as and when" basis.
   
   
3. Incidental Expenses: The client is required to reimburse the expenses incurred in the course of conducting the assignment. Expenses will include travelling and hotel expenses, statutory fees paid to government and other bodies, and such other costs that may be incurred in conducting the assignment.
   
   
4. Mode of Payment: All payments will be effected in favour of "Gayo Consulting" and the fees will be payable in Mumbai (Bombay), India. The currency of payment for all foreign clients will be in US Dollars or Euros. Fees payable by foreign clients will need to be wired to Gayo Consulting's account with UTI Bank Limited, Mumbai, India. Account number, SWIFT code, etc., will be furnished to the client at the appropriate time.
   
   
5. Caveat: All information and data furnished through Reports or otherwise to the client above is strictly private and confidential. The opinions/conclusions arrived at in the Reports or otherwise are on the basis of our enquiries conducted as outlined in our page of "Our Services".
   
   
6. Indemnity: It is implied and expressly agreed by and between the client and Gayo Consulting and its associates involved in the assignment on behalf of the client, that the client will indemnify and protect from any costs, losses, claims/liabilities and expenses that may be incurred or risked while defending any legal civil or criminal action against Dilip Heblé, Gayo Consulting and / or its associates by any third party as a result of or with reference or in reaction to the assignment on behalf of the client.
